How do I create and schedule scrolling banners?

A scrolling banner allows you to display text at the bottom of your TV screen. Here’s how you can create and schedule a banner.

How to Create and Schedule a Scrolling Banner

Click ‘My Scheduling’ in the top left side of your dashboard.

From the drop-down menu, click ‘Banners’.

On the top right corner, click ‘New Banner’.

Enter a banner name.

For example, let’s call it ‘New Banner’.

Next, select banner parameters such as size and background color.

You can also add a logo to the banner (1920 x 1920px max.) and choose the position of the logo, the scroll speed, and the scroll direction.

Now, write the text that you want to display on the banner. For example, ‘This is a new banner’.

Click ‘Update banner preview’.

You will see the text at the bottom of the preview screen.

You can also see how the banner will appear on a vertical screen.

Click ‘Next’ at the top right corner.

Here, you can schedule the banner for later and also specify any days or time limit. If you want to schedule it without start/expired time, leave it as is.

Click ‘Next’ again to proceed to step 3.

Now, select a TV where you want to display the banner.

You can either select an individual TV or a group of TVs

Click ‘Save’ at the top right corner.

Your banner will appear in the library.

You can pause or play the banner by using the slider. The green circle in the Status column shows that the banner is active.

You can also edit it, duplicate it, lock it, or delete it by clicking on the three lines on the right side.
