How do I reorganize a playlist's content, scheduling or displays?
Go to the Playlists menu item, then My Playlists. You'll see all of your playlists and their status: if it's currently playing or paused; if it's active, scheduled to play in the future, or expired (past its scheduled date and time); and if it's locked or unlocked.
To edit a playlist, click the teal menu icon to the right of it. You'll see options to lock, edit or delete the playlist. Click "Edit playlist".
You'll then see that you can remove content from the playlist, add more content, change the display times and
reorder the content by dragging and dropping. You can also edit the playlist's scheduling or displays. Click 'Save' when you are finished.
